Pi42 — Platform & Design System
One designer covering 19 product areas across web, iOS and Android — futures, options, wallets, KYC, banking — for two and a half years. What made that possible: a three-layer token pipeline that resolves one Figma decision into four brands, eight modes and three codebases. Inside, five product decisions and what each one cost. 200k+ installs, $1B+ monthly volume.

Buy-Side Research Platform
Four weeks of foundation research for an AI-native tool used by hedge funds and asset managers — market map, user model, workflow map, synthesis. Every claim graded verified, inferred or open, including a written audit of where I was guessing. Eight design decisions closed before the first artboard.

Dia Care Club
Service-first diabetes care for patients 50+ — 27 studies synthesised into 4 personas and four connected surfaces on one data spine. Built to be correct when silent.
Method
I don’t ship what the model hands back.

A consultant dentist rotating across ~20 clinics had no way to check what she’d earned. Thirty minutes of daily spreadsheet reconciliation became three clicks per patient — and a verification tool turned into the one she plans the week with.

A private anaesthetist’s monthly claim was paper sheets and hand arithmetic. The fee model turned out to be three numbers a day — so the app captures three, not ten. Offline, no account, reproduces a real month to the rupee.
